The confidentiality of your personal information is important to us, and as such outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information is never shared with a third party, nor sold to other companies. It is collected strictly for our business purposes; i.e., for us to contact you in the event we have any questions about your order, to respond to an inquiry, or to simply inform our customers of new products added to our catalog and current specials.
Shipping & Returns
Your business and satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your project(s), we will work with you in order to achieve an amicable solution. Our standard method of shipping is via email. Thus, if you have spam blocker installed on your email program, please add us to your email list in order to receive your product. We will put graphic files and templates on a disc and ship to our customers if requested. Remember, we offer
free shipping on all orders.
We strive for the utmost satisfaction for our customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with your project(s) we will work with you to amicably resolve the issue.
We're sorry but we do not offer returns due to the nature of our products. We also do not accept returns on web templates as you were already given code information and graphics thus having the ability to use the information even though you may have returned them.
Graphics may only be used on YOUR personal or commercial website. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or add and present our graphics and templates in any form or collection. Graphics specifically created for templates may not be reused in any other manner.

Please note that orders paid for by e-check will not be e-mailed and/or processed until payment has been cleared. You do not need to signup with Paypal® in order to process credit card payments.

Use of Our Graphics
Our designs contain graphics that are created exclusively by our designer as well as licensed royalty-free images provided to us through various online royalty free image agencies for our commercial use. Graphics and images are copyrighted by SoLi Design Studios, Photographers &/or Royalty Free Image Agents respectively. Thus, nothing on our website is free domain, everything is right managed. Images provided through our services via templates or other designs may not be altered, edited and/or placed in an image database for redistribution, nor can be resold.
We're sorry but we do not create nor provide graphics or templates that are explicit in nature, nor do we permit our files to be used in such a manner. Our copyright link and credits line must remain within the design of our templates (usually the footer) - NO EXCEPTIONS. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Web Hosting
All services provided by Graphic Solutions Plus must be used for lawful purposes ONLY. Transmission, storage, data, and any other information and/or material that is deemed against the law in the United States is strictly prohibited. Please see below for examples of non-acceptable material.

Banned Scripts
You are free to use any scripts you wish provided they do not affect the normal operations of the server and they are not mentioned specifically below. Scripts that are commonly known for causing server disruption include large cgi-based message forums, auctions, and banner exchanges. In the event a script affects normal server and/or administrative operations, SoLi Design Studios reserves the right to disable the account pending client cooperation and resolution. Violation of indecency and obscenity laws can result in criminal penalties.
Client Abuse
Any attempts to undermine, slander, libel, threaten, or cause harm to graphicsolutionsplus.com servers, customer, employee, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination without refund. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law.
Late Payment and Delinquent Accounts
Any account whose payment status is not current as of the start of the next billing period is considered to be late. All our clients are given a 15 day grace period after which the account is subjected to suspension. You will recieve three payment reminders and one suspension notification if payment has not been received. If after 60 days payment has not been received, your account will be terminated without further notice. To reactivate your account, a $20 reactivation fee is required, plus all monies owed should be paid in full. All accounts delinquent for 90 days or more will be removed from our servers; we (Graphic Solutions Plus) are not responsible for any loss incurred due to this process.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your hosting account at any time and receive a full refund (excluding any setup fees or domain name registrations fees incurred) if cancelled within our thirty (30) day money-back guarantee period. All accounts cancelled after our thirty day money-back guarantee period will not receive any refunds.
If clients cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be billed for that cycle or any cycle thereafter. To ensure that your account is terminated, please contact us via your
Account Manager.
Please Note: Accounts that are regularly found to be delinquent will be terminated and will not be reinstated.

SoLi Design Studios will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SoLi Design Studios make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. SoLi Design Studios disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by SoLi Design Studios. SoLi Design Studios gives a 99.99% Uptime guarantee on our hosting.
SoLi Design Studios always advises clients to back up their site data regularly for its own protection.
Website Design
Our Design Process
To reserve a booking date for the commencement of your project, we charge a
30% non-refundable retainer fee which is credited to the final cost of your project at the start of the design process. Once your date has arrived, we will contact you with any questions we have regarding your project.
Once you have approved your custom layout for your website,
50% of your web development total is due before we transform your graphics layout into valid W3C xHTML Strict 1.0 and CSS 2.1 tableless layouts. All web design projects will be done on our servers, unless otherwise stated, and clients provided with a link in order to track its progress. Upon completion of your coded layout, the
remaining 20% of your project's cost is due before all files are transferred to you and/or your servers.
We retain ownership of all our work done until we have received full payment. We, also, reserve the right to use parts of server side codes and scripts (that were not custom built) provided for one project within another. User copyrights to a design will also be transferred to a client once full payment has been received, however, please be advised that intellectual copyrights of royalty free images and graphics designs are non transferable. Therefore, copyrights to royalty free images remain that of the photographer/illustrator and graphics created by us remain ours.
Markup and Validation
All our designs are tested to ensure compatibility between the two latest versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari. Also, all our designs are W3C valid Xhtml 1.0 Transitional or Xhtml 1.0 Strict and CSS compliant upon completion of layout design.
Revision Policy
We do up to three revisions on ALL our website and flash designs free of charge. Any design revisions afterwards will be billed at an additional $30/per hour which will be added on to your final bill. We also do up to three FREE revisions on ALL graphics designs. If you need additional revisions, you will incur a fee of $30/per hour on the said graphics design project. Final bill will be due upon completion and before transfer of the design files.
CMS Express
Before all CMS Express projects begin and clients have access to our protected Client Area, the total cost of your project must be paid in full. CMS Express Client Area is reserved for CMS Express clients ONLY. Sharing of login information is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that you have shared your login information with another individual and/or company, your account privileges will be immediately terminated.
Designer DIY Sitebuilder E-Stores
You have thirty day, money-back guarantee with our Designer E-Store license. After your thirty days grace period beginning from the moment you first sign up, the full rights/license to your shopping cart will be transferred to you. This means, if you plan to move to another hosting company after thirty days, you are able to take your shopping cart with you. Also, the rights to your domain name will be transferred to you after your thirty days grace period. This means, you will be able to take your domain name with you if you ever decide to transfer to another host.
Please Note: If your account has been cancelled during the 'Thirty day Money Back on hosting guarantee' period, your shopping cart will be deactivated and license forfeited. You will, also, receive a full refund minus payment processing fees and domain name charges if one was required for your online store. We do not offer our e-commerce systems on a monthly payment plan at this time.

Warranties
All files provided in the Designer DIY E-Store Sitebuilder and Designer Lite shopping carts are presented with the belief that they are in good working order, and that the shopping cart structure is valid. However, we will not fully guarantee the completeness or functionality of any page(s) or structure in the files or installation. Designer E-Store Sitebuilder and Designer Lite users agree to indemnify and hold SoLi Design Studios harmless without exception or limitation from all liability, expenses, claims, action, fees, losses or damages caused by the direct or indirect use of the said shopping cart, whether by the use of the owner or other third parties.
Security
SoLi Design Studios offers no guarantees of security regarding the administration area of the Designer DIY E-Store Sitebuilder and Designer Lite shopping carts. It is recommended that
ALL administration areas must be uploaded to a secure server for complete security. The password protection system included with the catalog is not guarantee of full security. No private information should be added to an unsecure server that holds the said shopping cart. You may increase security by password protecting your admin folder server side.
